Terms of Service

By accessing and using the okaxi.vn and okaxi.com websites, clients and partners agree to be bound by the terms set out below. This document takes effect from the moment of access and applies to all content published on the two official OKAXI domains.

1. Scope of Application

These Terms of Service apply to the entire experience of visitors, prospective clients and business partners on the okaxi.vn and okaxi.com domains, together with their associated subdomains. All technical documentation, solution descriptions, case studies and other materials published by OKAXI on the website are intended as capability introductions and professional reference; they do not constitute contractual commitments or specific legal obligations. A formal engagement arises only upon execution of a written contract between the parties, with the scope of work, delivery milestones and payment terms clearly defined in writing.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All source code, AI Agent solutions, Model Context Protocol (MCP) architectures, retail management system designs, workflow automation diagrams, technical knowledge content, graphics, illustrative videos and other intellectual assets displayed on the website are the exclusive property of OKAXI TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS CO., LTD. Any copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, translation or commercial exploitation of the foregoing in any form, without prior written consent from OKAXI, constitutes infringement of copyright and industrial property rights protected by law. The OKAXI brand name, marks and logos are registered trademarks and must not be used in a way that suggests an affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship relationship in the absence of a formal cooperation agreement.

3. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

OKAXI welcomes all lawful access for the purpose of exploring our technology solutions, submitting consultation requests or conducting business communications. However, the following activities are strictly prohibited and may be referred to the relevant authorities under applicable law: (i) the use of bots, automation tooling or scraping scripts at speeds that materially affect the operational capacity of our systems; (ii) participation in distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, unauthorised penetration testing or any other form of cyber-attack; (iii) unauthorised use of the OKAXI brand, logo or name to impersonate, defraud or convey a misleading impression of partnership; (iv) the uploading, transmission or linking, via any contact form on the website, of content that breaches applicable law or infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties. OKAXI reserves the right to block originating IPs, decline service and refer detected violations to the appropriate authorities.

4. Limitation of Liability

Content published on the website is intended as a high-level technical reference reflecting the professional capability of the OKAXI team at the time of publication. OKAXI makes no warranty that any solution description, performance figure or reference architecture will be a perfect fit for the particular business context of any reader. The decision to act on any technical idea or implementation approach disclosed on the website, without first obtaining direct consultation from an OKAXI expert, rests entirely with the party acting on that information. OKAXI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, time, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from the unilateral application of content published on the website outside the framework of a formal consulting engagement and an appropriate technical review process.

5. Governing Law and Amendments

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute arising between the parties shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing settlement, the dispute shall be referred to the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) or to the competent courts located in Ho Chi Minh City. OKAXI may update, amend or supplement these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our offering, regulatory environment or operational practice. Material updates will be reflected in the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page; users are encouraged to review the page periodically to remain informed of the current version.
