Cookie Settings
This page explains the cookies and browser-storage mechanisms used by the OKAXI website, together with the controls that allow clients to manage their privacy preferences transparently.

1. What Cookies Are and How We Use Them
Cookies and related browser-storage mechanisms (localStorage, sessionStorage) are small pieces of data that a website writes to your device in order to remember session state, language preferences or your cookie-consent choice. OKAXI applies a minimal-collection principle: we only set storage mechanisms that are genuinely required for the basic experience, and we clearly separate analytics cookies so you can actively accept or decline them.
2. Essential Cookies
These cannot be disabled and do not require consent, because the website cannot operate reliably without them. Specifically, OKAXI uses a single browser storage key named okaxi_cookie_consent (stored as localStorage, not as an HTTP cookie) to remember the moment you accepted the cookie notice and avoid repeated prompts. The language preference (Vietnamese, English, Japanese) is derived directly from the URL path, so it does not require additional browser storage. Any future authentication session state will be transmitted via secure HTTP headers using current security best practice.
3. Analytics Cookies
OKAXI designs its analytics infrastructure around the deferred-loading principle so that core PageSpeed Insights metrics, including First Contentful Paint, Largest Contentful Paint and Total Blocking Time on lower-end mobile devices, are not affected. When Google Analytics 4 (or an equivalent analytics platform) is integrated in the future, the measurement script will be initialised only after the browser emits an idle event and only after you have given explicit consent through the cookie banner. As of the current website version, no analytics cookies are active; any material change will be reflected in the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page.
4. Third-Party Embeds
The website currently does not embed third-party content capable of setting cross-domain cookies, including popular video platforms, social-media embeds or third-party live-chat widgets. Should such components be integrated in the future (for example, product videos embedded from YouTube or scheduling links from Calendly), they will be loaded through "no-cookie" variants or activated only after explicit consent, and the list of relevant third parties will be fully disclosed in this section.
5. Managing Preferences
You can block or clear all cookies and localStorage data for the OKAXI website through the Settings > Privacy menu of your browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari all expose equivalent controls). Clearing this storage does not affect your ability to access the website. To return to the unselected state and have the consent banner reappear at OKAXI without touching browser settings, use the reset action below.
Reset Cookie Preferences
The button below removes the okaxi_cookie_consent key from your browser localStorage. After resetting, the cookie notice will reappear on your next visit so you can make a fresh choice.
