Business Development Manager
Owns the search, connection and winning of B2B enterprise partners, especially clients that need software outsourcing and dedicated AI solution integration.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a new client pipeline and expand the B2B partner base.
- Optimize the conversion rate from the inbound funnel into signed contracts.
- Work closely with engineering to shape a proposal that optimizes client ROI.
Core requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years of hands on Tech B2B Sales or IT Outsourcing experience.
- Multidimensional analytical thinking and the ability to negotiate large enterprise contracts.
- Familiarity with international markets is a major advantage.
