1. Data Collection & Usage
OKAXI only collects contact information that clients voluntarily submit through the Contact Form on our website, including full name, email address, phone number and company name. This data is used solely for the purpose of consulting on technology solutions and responding to client inquiries. We do not perform any covert collection or background tracking of user data, and we do not sell or share contact information with any advertising party or third party.
2. Security Infrastructure
All contact information is transmitted over industry-standard SSL/TLS encrypted connections, protecting the data from interception in transit. Data stored in our cloud infrastructure follows the principle of least privilege: only members of OKAXI management with a clear business need are granted read access, and every access is fully logged for audit. System API keys are kept entirely on the server side, are never exposed in client-side source code, and are rotated periodically per our internal security procedure.
3. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
All business documentation, source code, structural data and strategic information shared by partners during project discovery, design and implementation are treated by OKAXI as Confidential Information. Every team member working on a project signs an internal NDA before accessing client information. OKAXI commits to never disclose Confidential Information to any third party under any form, never use it for marketing or for comparison with other clients, except where both parties have provided written consent.
4. User Rights
Clients retain full rights to request that OKAXI update, modify, or completely delete their contact data from our storage system at any time. Requests are processed within 7 business days from the date OKAXI receives the official email. Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered, except for legal records that are mandatorily retained under applicable Vietnamese law (where applicable).
5. Responsible Contact
All matters concerning data privacy, access rights, modification or deletion of personal information are handled directly by OKAXI management through the company official mailbox: info@okaxi.com. We commit to responding to every valid request within 7 business days.
